Course Materials

On registration of your Year (we have eight study years, Y1-8), we provide where appropriate study notes, modular assignment sheets, etc, in a binder. Multichoice tests are a big feature in Y1, after which they are soon phased out and essay skills are worked on.  Most Y1 modules mandate at least one multichoice and one essay, as well as allowing students freedom to bias towards essays or multichoice.

We prefer essays to be typed, but would only exclude poor legibility.  Multichoice tests may be based on study notes or textbooks, and taken in your own home without supervision.
